Creating your account, verification and access issues

Head to the Register page and fill in your full name, email address, Pakistani phone number and a username. Choose a secure password, select your preferred PKR payment method and tick to confirm you're 18 or older. Account creation is instant — no waiting period before you can deposit and start playing.

No. One account per person, full stop. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under your own name, another name or through different payment details — results in all associated accounts being suspended. If you've lost access to an existing account, use the recovery option on the Login page rather than registering again.

You can deposit and start playing after registration. Full identity verification — confirming your name, CNIC details and payment method — is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Getting this sorted early means your withdrawal requests are handled without delays.

Use the password reset option on the Login page. A reset link is sent to the email address registered to your account. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If you've also lost access to that email, contact support with your registered phone number and username to verify your identity manually.

PKR Deposits

Payment methods, processing times and limits

498pkr supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast (Pakistan's national instant payment system), standard bank transfer from any Pakistani bank, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. JazzCash and Easypaisa are the most commonly used methods because they process instantly and don't require a traditional bank account.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited instantly in almost all cases. You'll see the PKR balance update in your account within seconds of completing the transaction. Bank transfers and card payments may take a few minutes longer depending on your bank's processing speed.

Yes. The JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account, bank account or card you deposit from must be registered in your own name — the same name on your 498pkr account. Third-party payments are not accepted. This is a security requirement and also ensures withdrawals can be sent back to the same source without complications.

First, wait a couple of minutes and then refresh your account. If 10 minutes have passed and the balance still hasn't updated, check your payment app to confirm the transaction actually went through on that end. If the amount was deducted from your mobile wallet or bank but hasn't appeared in your 498pkr account, contact support with the transaction reference number from your payment app.

Withdrawals

Getting your PKR winnings out

Log in, go to the Withdrawal section, enter the PKR amount and confirm your withdrawal method. You can withdraw to the same JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account or bank account you deposited from. If it's your first withdrawal, identity verification will be completed as part of the process before the funds are released.

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours once the request is approved. Bank transfers can take one to two banking days depending on your bank. The overall timeline depends on whether identity verification is complete — verified accounts process faster. During busy periods, allow a little extra time.

Common reasons include outstanding identity verification, active bonus wagering requirements that haven't been met yet, or the request being under manual review. Log in and check your account notifications — these usually give a specific reason. If nothing is flagged in-account and the request has been pending beyond the normal timeframe, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.

Withdrawals go back to the same payment method you deposited from as standard practice. This is a security measure to prevent fraud. If your deposit account is no longer available — for example, the mobile number changed — contact support before submitting a withdrawal request. They can guide you through the verification steps needed to update your withdrawal details.

Cricket & Sports Betting

Markets, live betting and bet settlement

498pkr covers PSL matches, Pakistan national team fixtures, T20 internationals, bilateral series and major ICC tournaments. Markets include match winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs, over/under, session betting and more. In-play markets update ball by ball during live matches so you can bet as the game develops.

Settlement follows the official result as announced by the match governing body. If a match is officially abandoned with no result declared, most markets are voided and stakes returned. If a result is reached through the DLS method or a reduced-overs match, bets are settled on the official result. Specific rules for each market type are in the Terms and Conditions on the Terms page.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it generally cannot be cancelled. This is standard across betting platforms. Check your bet slip carefully before confirming — particularly the stake amount and selection — because the bet stands once submitted. The only exception is if a market is later voided, in which case the stake is automatically returned.

Yes. Football markets cover major international leagues and tournaments alongside Pakistan domestic football. Esports betting covers popular competitive gaming titles and major tournaments. Cricket remains the priority sport with the widest market coverage, but football and esports give more options for players who follow those too.

Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome offers, wagering requirements and free bets

New accounts are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first PKR deposit. The current offer and its full terms — including the deposit minimum, bonus percentage and wagering requirement — are displayed in the promotions section of your account after you register. Bonus terms change periodically so check there for the live details rather than relying on any earlier description.

A wagering requirement means you need to bet the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the specific offer) a set number of times before the balance becomes withdrawable. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you need to place PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before that bonus converts to withdrawable funds. The progress counter is visible in your account.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met. Your account balance usually shows separate real money and bonus fund amounts. Real money funds (your own deposits and any winnings from real-money bets) can be withdrawn normally. Bonus funds remain locked until the wagering condition is cleared or the bonus expires.

Mobile App

Download, login and device compatibility

The app is available for Android and iOS. Visit the App page for the current download link and instructions. Android users may need to allow installation from unknown sources in their phone settings since the APK is downloaded directly from the site rather than through the Google Play Store.

No. Your existing 498pkr account works directly on the app — same username, same password, same balance. There's no separate registration. If you're already registered on the website, just download the app, open it and log in. Everything — your PKR balance, bet history, active bonuses — syncs in real time.

Android blocks APK installations from outside the Play Store by default. To fix this, go to your phone's Settings, find Security or Privacy, and enable "Install unknown apps" or "Allow from this source" for your browser or file manager. Account Security

Keeping your account and funds safe

Use a password that you don't use on any other site. Never share your password or login details with anyone — 498pkr staff will never ask for your password. Log out properly when using the platform on shared devices. Keep your registered phone number and email up to date so recovery options work if you ever need them.

Change your password immediately from account settings. If you cannot access your account, contact support right away using the email in the footer. Provide your username and as much detail as possible so support can lock the account quickly and begin the account recovery process. Do not delay — acting fast limits the exposure.

Deposit limits, session reminders and the Take a Break feature are all available directly in your account settings. No need to contact support for these — set them yourself any time.
