01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and 498pkr ("we", "us", "the platform"). The Terms apply to all use of the 498pkr website, mobile application and any services provided through them, including sports betting, live casino, slots, deposits, withdrawals and account management.

By accessing the platform, completing the registration process or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have their authority and that they also agree to these Terms.

02 Eligibility

To use 498pkr, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 498pkr is strictly an adult platform. Anyone under 18 is prohibited from registering or using any part of the service.
• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of a business, syndicate or any other entity for the purpose of commercial gain.
• You must not be self-excluded from the platform or from online gambling more broadly under any self-exclusion agreement you have previously entered into.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, truthful personal information during registration. Accounts opened with false details are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.

03 Account Registration

Each user may hold only one account on 498pkr. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and any balances being voided.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 498pkr will not be responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately using the email address on record so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed.
• Your account must be registered in your real name. Aliases are not permitted.
• Account verification may be required before processing withdrawals. This typically involves confirming your identity with documentation.
• You must keep your contact details, including email address, up to date. Outdated contact information may delay account recovery or withdrawal processing.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 498pkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the Deposit section at any given time. Supported methods may change and the platform will update the cashier section accordingly.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a third-party account — including another person's JazzCash or bank account — is not permitted. Any deposit identified as coming from a third-party source will result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are generally credited promptly for instant methods like JazzCash and Easypaisa. Delays due to payment provider issues are outside our direct control.
• 498pkr does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be refunded once wagered. Contact support before placing bets if you believe a deposit was made in error.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. If the original deposit method cannot receive funds, an alternative PKR method will be used following verification of account ownership.

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. This is a standard requirement to protect both the player and the platform from fraudulent activity. Verification typically requires confirmation of identity and may require additional documentation for larger withdrawal amounts.

• Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum amounts per transaction. Current limits are shown in the withdrawal section.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals process the fastest when verification is in order.
• Bank transfers and Raast withdrawals may take one to two business days to complete.
• If a bonus was applied to your account, associated wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed against bonus-derived funds.
• Repeated withdrawal requests for small amounts in rapid succession may trigger a review. This is an anti-fraud measure, not a penalty.

06 Betting Rules

Bets placed on 498pkr are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming any wager.

498pkr reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Where there has been an obvious pricing or data error in the odds or market.
• Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise not completed as scheduled, and no settlement rule covers the specific outcome.
• Where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns suggesting collusion, insider information or any form of match manipulation.
• Where a technical fault caused a bet to be accepted outside normal parameters.

Cricket betting on 498pkr — including PSL matches, T20 internationals and bilateral series — is subject to the general betting rules plus specific cricket settlement rules that apply to different market types. In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet was placed and the declared result of the relevant event.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

498pkr offers welcome bonuses for new registrations and periodic promotional offers for active players. Each bonus or promotion has its own specific terms which are stated at the time the offer is made. These specific terms take precedence over any general statements about bonuses on this page.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be bet before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being removed from your balance.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. Using multiple accounts, using third-party funds or exploiting promotional offers in a systematic way that is not consistent with normal player behaviour will result in bonuses being voided and may result in account suspension.
• 498pkr reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already claimed an active offer will have their terms honoured for that specific offer period.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 498pkr and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players or with individuals involved in sporting events to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using insider information relating to sporting events to place bets.
• Exploiting technical errors or platform vulnerabilities to gain unintended credits or advantages.
• Any form of money laundering or using the platform for illegal financial transactions.
• Using the platform for commercial purposes, including running betting pools or syndicates through a personal account.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age during verification.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

498pkr may suspend or close an account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe these Terms have been violated, if an account is involved in irregular activity, or if maintaining the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

If your account is suspended for investigation, you will be notified by email. During the suspension period, you will not be able to log in, place bets, make deposits or request withdrawals until the investigation is complete.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via your last used PKR payment method following standard verification procedures.

10 Limitation of Liability

498pkr provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted, 498pkr's liability in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time of any dispute. We are not liable for:

• Losses arising from your own decisions regarding bets placed.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, telecommunications networks or internet infrastructure.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind.

11 Privacy & Data

498pkr collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing and communication about your account and platform updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Verification documentation provided during the account verification process is handled securely and retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.

12 Responsible Gaming

498pkr is committed to providing a gaming environment that is enjoyable and within your control. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time notifications and self-exclusion options.

If at any point your use of the platform feels out of control — if you are chasing losses, betting more than you can afford, or finding it hard to stop — we encourage you to use the self-exclusion feature or to set a deposit limit from your account settings. These tools are available to all registered users.

13 Changes to These Terms

498pkr may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified by email or by a notice within the platform. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
